The iGo Leadership Path

People should be able to experience mental fitness first, build consistency, and then prepare to guide the experience responsibly for others.

LEVEL 1

iGo Participant

Complete introductory games and reps while learning how the mental fitness stations work.

LEVEL 2

iGo Group Leader

Learn to organize a group, guide games and reps, create a welcoming space, and track participation.

LEVEL 3

Certified Community Leader

Complete training, demonstrate facilitation, uphold program standards, and support a consistent group.

LEVEL 4
