What Learning & Growth Really Is

The ore is already in the mountain. Mining is going back in and pulling it out on purpose, instead of just walking past it.

Learning works the same way.

In the gym, you don't grow muscle from moving the weight itself. You grow from noticing what the last rep taught your body, and adjusting the next one because of it.

This isn't about being in a classroom, or reading more books. It's pulling a real lesson out of something that already happened to you, instead of letting it pass by unused.

The real skill: Go back and pull the lesson out. The experience already happened — the growth is what you do with it after.
